Who is Promtano for?
Small companies, freelancers, practices without medical advice, and associations with recurring writing or information work. We work for businesses and self-employed people only, not for private individuals.
What does getting started cost?
One assistant for one task costs €590. With team training €849; two assistants with training and 3 months of care €1,390. Care afterwards is €49 per month per assistant or €490 per year. All prices are final prices; as a small business we charge no VAT.
What other costs are there?
With the “own AI account” route you pay the account directly to the provider. With the “local” route there are no AI fees, but you need a suitable computer. Further costs arise only if you agree to a written additional offer.
Does the assistant really run without a US cloud?
On the local route, yes: the AI runs on your own computer and your texts do not go to the internet for that. To be honest: open models are slower and simpler than the large cloud models. For clearly defined tasks such as draft replies from your own knowledge they are often enough; the test questions before acceptance show this. Our website itself is delivered by a hosting provider; details are in the privacy notice.
May I use personal data?
The easiest start is company knowledge without personal data, such as services, prices and frequent questions. If customer data is to be processed, we first agree in writing who processes which data and why. We do not give legal advice.
Does the assistant answer legal or tax questions?
No. We do not set up assistants for individual legal, tax or health advice. Applicant selection and other particularly sensitive uses are not part of our packages either.
How long does it take?
3–5 working days after we have received all documents. Training is scheduled by agreement. The offer states the exact date.
How do I pay?
Packages above €250 are requested from us: you receive a written offer and invoice by email and pay after acceptance by bank transfer (QR code on the invoice, 14 days). Services up to €250 can be paid online right away via Stripe on the pricing page.
What happens after I buy or request?
You receive a confirmation by email. Then we get in touch with the next steps: we ask for your company knowledge, rules and your 10 test questions, build the assistant in 3–5 working days after all documents arrive, and you accept it yourself with the test questions.
I am still unsure. Is there something non-binding?
Yes: a free 15-minute intro call. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing; a contract only arises when you accept our written offer or pay online.
What happens if I end the care plan?
You cancel at the end of the month by email. The assistant stays with you and keeps working; you have all the files. We delete your documents on our side unless we have to retain them.
What is included in a package?
One assistant for one task with your company knowledge, 10 test questions for acceptance, 60 minutes of onboarding, a hand-over folder with all files and an acceptance record. The practical training (€390 on its own) is 2 hours online for up to 6 people.
How does acceptance work, and what if the answers do not fit?
The assistant is only finished when it answers your 10 test questions from your company knowledge. You check this yourself. AI makes mistakes, so the assistant only prepares; sending, publishing and commitments stay with you.
