Key points of the General Terms
(1) Our offers are addressed exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code. We do not conclude contracts with consumers. (2) On request we prepare an offer in text form with scope, fixed price and schedule, valid for 30 days. Offers with a payable amount above €250 are made on request only; offer and invoice are sent by email. The contract is concluded when the customer accepts in text form. Contract language is German. (3) All prices are final prices in euros; under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged. Costs for AI provider accounts, computers, third-party software and video tools are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise. (4) One-off services are invoiced after acceptance and payable within 14 days by bank transfer (QR code on the invoice). Amounts above €249 are invoiced in instalments of at most €249 each. Alternatively the customer can pay online via Stripe. (5) The set-up of an assistant is accepted when it answers the agreed test questions from the supplied company knowledge. AI answers may be wrong; the customer checks results before use. (6) Monthly care runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled in text form by either side at the end of any calendar month. (7) Statutory warranty rights apply; limitation period one year from acceptance, with the exceptions stated in the German text. Liability follows the German text (unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise limited to foreseeable typical damage for breach of essential duties). German law applies.
