Contracts with businesses only
Promtano concludes contracts exclusively with businesses within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code – companies, freelancers and associations acting in the course of their trade or profession. We do not conclude contracts with consumers.
No right of withdrawal
A statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers in distance contracts. Because we contract only with businesses, there is no right of withdrawal and therefore no “withdraw contract” function on this website.
What applies instead
A contract only arises when you accept our written offer (or pay online). Enquiry, intro call and offer are free and non-binding. Monthly care can be cancelled at the end of any month in text form, for example by email.
